Production times are listed on each respective product page. For most products, production takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time is additional, normally 1–3 business days.
Our systems are fully automated, and your images are sent directly to production once ordered. Therefore, you cannot change, cancel, or add photos to your order. If you wish to order more photos, you will need to place a new order with a separate shipping cost. Please note that developed photos are unique products manufactured specifically for you according to your specifications and cannot be returned or resold.
Once payment for your order has been received, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at purchase. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
Currently, we only deliver within Sweden. We are constantly working to develop our services and offerings, including delivery options. For up-to-date information on delivery possibilities, please see our terms and conditions here on the website.
It depends on whether the project has only been started or also ordered. Drafts and saved projects that have not yet been ordered are saved for 45 days. You can resume your creation by logging into your account. For information on other storage durations, please see our terms and conditions.
No, frames or hangers are not included when purchasing collage posters. However, you can add a frame during the options step; available in white, black, or oak.
The right of withdrawal for distance selling does not apply to goods manufactured specifically to your wishes, i.e., your developed photos or photo products. "Exceptions to the right of withdrawal... Goods that are custom-made according to the consumer's wishes or have a clear personal touch" (Source: Swedish Consumer Agency/Konsumentverket). Consequently, it is not possible to return personal images ordered at fotoquick.se, as they are created from your own personal originals and cannot be resold. Therefore, it is important to check all settings before confirming your order. Our system is automated, and images are processed immediately after the order is confirmed; we cannot assess the quality in advance.
If your product has been damaged or if something else doesn't feel right with your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at kontakt@fotoquick.se. To facilitate the process, please provide a detailed description of the error, attach one or more photos, and state your order number. In the event of a complaint or error, we must be informed within 14 days of your order being delivered to handle the case.
If you have received an order and the package has damage that has also affected the content (e.g., a frame), we need to file a claim with PostNord. Please contact our customer service at kontakt@fotoquick.se with your order number and a description of what is broken. To proceed with the case, we also need you to attach:
A photo of the damaged product
A photo of the shipping label, clear and legible
The shipment in its entirety (outer packaging, all sides, any packaging damage)
Internal packaging
A photo showing how the product was packed (from above, showing the product and packaging as it arrived)
