By using the website [fotoquick.se] and our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before using our services or placing an order.
When you place an order, you enter into a binding agreement with Fotoquick. You must provide the necessary details, including contact and payment information, in order for us to fulfill your order.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information you provide is correct. Fotoquick cannot be held liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Copyright for all submitted material rests with the customer.
Our order system is fully automated, and images are processed immediately after the order is confirmed. This enables fast delivery times. Please make sure that your product selections, settings, and the quality indicator are correct before submitting your order.
Since all products are made from your personal originals, they cannot be returned or resold. See the section on Returns & Complaints for details on accepted cases.
The service may only be used for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is correct and up to date.
Fotoquick reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To manage project storage and avoid automatic deletion:
Unordered projects: make an edit and save it.
Ordered but unpaid projects: complete payment or create a duplicate.
Paid projects: simply create a duplicate.
Storage periods:
Projects and associated photos are stored for specific timeframes. Once the scheduled deletion date is reached, projects remain recoverable for 7 days. After that, they are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

Users may request account termination at any time.
Fotoquick reserves the right to terminate accounts that misuse the service or violate these terms.
A purchase agreement is entered into when you register your order at checkout. An order confirmation is generated automatically and sent by email without manual review.
We only enter agreements with individuals aged 18 or older, or with minors who have parental consent.
Prices shown on our website are current and replace all previously displayed prices.
Prices include VAT (25%) but exclude shipping.
Shipping costs are added at checkout.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
We offer fast, secure, and sustainable delivery through Postnord. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided in checkout.
We only deliver within Sweden.
We use Qliro as our payment provider in our checkout. In connection with completing your order, you are required to accept Qliro’s checkout terms in addition to accepting these (our) terms and conditions. Through Qliro, different payment options are available depending on whether you wish to pay immediately or later. Please also see Qliro's terms on their website.
Refunds are processed after a return has been received and approved. Refunds are always made using the same method as the original payment.
Under Swedish law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods with a personal character, such as printed photos and photo books. Please check all settings carefully before confirming your order.
If you are not satisfied with a frame included in your order, you may return it within 14 days. Notify us by email before the withdrawal period expires. The customer is responsible for safe packaging and return shipping costs (SEK 69). Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Complaints must be made within 8 days of delivery. The product must be returned in full. Customers are responsible for inspecting products immediately upon receipt. Approved complaints are handled with priority. Fotoquick covers the cost of reshipping corrected material.
If a shipment is lost, Fotoquick will remake the order after reasonable investigation. Customers must allow sufficient time margins when ordering.
All content on fotoquick.se, including text, images, design, and logos, belongs to Fotoquick or its partners and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Fotoquick is not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from use of the service. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

You may also use the European Commission’s ADR/ODR platform for dispute resolution. Fotoquick follows ARN’s recommendations. These terms and conditions and any disputes shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law.
Fotoquick is not responsible for obligations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to fire, flooding, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events (“Force Majeure”).
